I am not sure it is ideal to have a King Rafa, his transfers (Albert excepted) in the past window have not been amazing....
If Liverpool do end up without a trophy this season, I can't imagine there not being louder whispers wondering if he's the man to get Liverpool a league title. He's already getting a bit of stick for the recent results because of him resting players (something that has cost Liverpool in previous seasons)

Very "bitty" game so far, gutted when Torres hit the post, thought we were one up there. As long as Riena stops dropping crosses/corners, we'll hopefully keep a clean sheet, Everton haven't been too threatening.
Need Keane to get involved a bit more and we'll (hopefully) be laughing. Not another 0-0 please.

Truth be told, you lot should have beaten Everton on the balance of play. Torres of all people missed a great chance in the first half. But you only have yourselves to blame for not getting the three points at home, and not for the first time this season. Get rid of Benayoun
But yeah.....Nice one, Everton

Bit of a sickener, and we have chucked away far too many points at Anfield this season. BUT it is coming up to February and we are level on points with Man Utd, which is progress compared to the last few seasons. Man Utd have been on a great run whilst we've dropped points, but with Torres back I'm sure we will get on a run of our own. We usually have a a rough Winter and then hit our stride towards the finish.
All the negativity and panic won't help - we're still in a great position to fight for the title.

Considering the goal came in the 87th minute I dont think you could complain really about the substitutions.
Also, Keane hasn't been a 'top' striker since he joined Liverpool. He has been utter ****. Which leaves Torres, who was taken off because he lacks match fitness. If Gerrard had been taken off then I'd have agreed with you.
Liverpool now need to beat United in March to have a chance of winning the league, I think.
