The rumble is perfectly implemented. If you drive in deeper groves, the rumble gets stronger.

Sega didn't sell its soul to the stupid shiny Sepia style a lot of games use. Thats a plus.
60fps in racegames is a plus btw. The best SR2 experience next to the Arcade was the Japanese DC version on the Desert stage in time attack mode. The JP version was 60fps like the coin-op, but had lots and lots of slowdown, except for the desert stage when being alone on the track.
