Might be something to do with works firewall? I downloaded the new patch ok (2.4.1) but i cant log into the store.

Glad it's back up. If I can't get past the bit that I'm stuck at with R6V tonight then I'll fire up SSHD and go for some trophies, to see what it's like.

It looks like they've dumped that ugly crown thing for platinum trophies too, they have something that looks far more like a trophy now.

Apparently 2.41 adds a fourth tab to the friend profiles that shows the last-played game as well. No escaping the shame of playing Haze unless you quickly stick something else on before you log off

Still the three tabs at the moment, I would like to see more info added later though. They're apparently doing a user profile page like the Live one so I suppose a link to that page would possible later on some time too.

Are the trophies linked directly to the PSN ID rather than the save? I'm guessing that if somebody loses a save that the earned trophies will still be there if they start again?

I'm pretty sure trophies are tied to the tag yes, as you need to synchronise the newly gained trophies to the tag for them to show up when you go online to compare with friends etc. Trust that makes sense

Ummmmm...OK, you first though.

I was asking because since v2.40 of the firmware there has been a new setting in Account Management. If you go into Activate System, along with the old selection of PSP (USB Connected) for linking a PSP to the PS3 for Game Content there is now one listed as PLAYSTATION 3 (This System).

If you select that then you get an option to deactivate the content on the PS3.

This probably gives you the option to move your downloads to a different PS3 once you've reached the limit of 5 systems but I was wondering if it somehow related to trophies too?

It's good to see that they have a heading which specifically states Game Content as it suggests that there may be other types of content in one of the 2.4? releases. I know films are on their way to the US in the summer so that may be what it covers.
