    Some old school hip-hop today:

    Know How - Young MC
Thinking Of A Masterplan - YZ
with Barack Obama in power, the words "Open your eyes, A black President solution" seem even more amazing.
    High Roller - Ice T
    Money Mad - London Posse

Then I had to do some work.

Likewise. Gangstarr, Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, Tribe Called Quest and Eric B and Rakim have all been in the CD player at some point. Not very original choices I know, but my hip hop taste is a bit generic I guess.

And I've just broken the hip-hop trend with Boards of Canada - Music has the right to children

Listening to a lot of Noisia lately. Anyone who liked Pendulum before they turned into a boy band may do well to check them out!

I got a Ween - Live in chicago 03 DVD which I'd been hunting for since it came out (I couldn't find it anywhere at a decent price recently) but my bird bought it for me as a valentines gift I guess (woo!) and it is awesome. Well chuffed. Comes with a live CD too.

Nik Kershaw. I've just discovered his 80s work - and I'm really enjoying it. Pop that is catchy - but still has depth.

Wouldn't it be good. The Riddle. Won't let the sun. ... All great tracks.

Been listening almost exclusively to -

White Lies - To Lose my Life

Its got such an 80's indie vibe to it with overtones of Big Country, Joy Division, Echo and the Bunnymen etc that I'm reliving my adolescent years.

Been walking to work everyday now chuckling along to The Lonely Island - Incredibad.
Sax Man with Jack Black always gets me laughing.

After seeing William Shatner on Ross recently, I've picked up Spaced Out (Shatner & Leonard Nimoy) and Highly Illogical (just Nimoy). I was expecting them to be pretty awful 'comedy' albums, but I'm loving both and will def be looking out for the others.
